1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent or subscribe to a vehicle from Supreme Car Hub GmbH, customers must:

• Be at least 23 years old (minimum age may vary by vehicle class).

• Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 24 months.

• Provide a valid passport/ID, driver’s license, and proof of address.

• Provide a valid credit card for deposits and payment authorization.

• Agree to the terms of the rental/subscription contract and insurance requirements.

Certain high-performance or luxury vehicles may require additional screening, age minimums, or a higher security deposit.

2. Booking & Payment

• Reservations may be made online, by email, or in person.

• A prepayment or deposit may be required to secure a booking.

• The remaining balance is due before vehicle handover.

• Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card (for payment only), bank transfer.

• All rates include the rental period and kilometer allowance as specified in the contract.

Supreme Car Hub GmbH reserves the right to refuse rentals at its discretion.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

• The deposit amount varies depending on vehicle class and insurance package.

• Deposits are held as a credit card pre-authorization and released upon vehicle return, provided no damages, fines, or violations apply.

4. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles include a basic insurance package unless otherwise agreed. The renter may select from:

• Basic Insurance – Standard liability with deductible.

• Full Coverage (Optional) – Reduced deductible or zero deductible, depending on vehicle category.

The renter is liable for:

• Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of rental terms.

• Interior damage, wheel and tire damage, glass damage, and vandalism (unless covered by selected insurance).

• Loss of keys or vehicle documents.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.

5. Vehicle Use Guidelines

Renters agree to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with German and EU traffic laws.

• Use the vehicle only on public roads (no racetracks, off-road driving, drifting, or motorsport use).

• Not smoke or vape inside the vehicle.

• Not transport pets without prior written approval.

• Refuel or recharge the vehicle to the agreed level before return.

The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.

6. Mileage & Fuel

• Each rental includes an agreed kilometer allowance. Additional kilometers are charged at the rate specified in the contract.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Refueling charges apply otherwise.

• For electric vehicles: charging fees may apply if the vehicle is returned with low charge.

7. Late Returns & Extensions

• The renter must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.

• Late returns may incur additional rental fees.

• Extensions must be requested and approved before the end of the rental term.

8. Accidents, Damage & Breakdowns

In case of an accident, damage, or theft, the renter must:

1. Contact the police immediately.

2. Notify Supreme Car Hub GmbH without delay.

3. Provide all documentation, including police report, photos, and witness details.

Repairs must only be performed by authorized service partners.

9. Fines, Violations & Administration Fees

The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking violations, tolls, and administrative penalties incurred during the rental period.
An administration fee may be charged for processing these fines.

10. Vehicle Condition & Cleanliness

• Vehicles are provided clean, fueled/charged, and in excellent condition.

• Excessive dirt, stains, or odors (including smoke) may result in a cleaning or detailing fee.

• Any unreported damage found upon return may be charged to the renter.

11. Cancellation Policy

Unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement:

• 48+ hours before rental: Full refund or credit.

• 24–48 hours before rental: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

• No-shows: Full charge.

Certain special vehicles or peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms.

12. International Travel

Cross-border travel requires prior written approval. Restrictions may apply depending on vehicle type and destination. Unauthorized international travel may void insurance coverage.

13. Subscription-Specific Terms

For vehicle subscription services:

• A minimum term may apply (e.g., 1–6 months).

• Monthly payments are due in advance.

• Routine maintenance is included unless specified otherwise.

• Early termination fees may apply.

14. Data Protection

Supreme Car Hub GmbH processes personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations for the purposes of rental, billing, and vehicle tracking/security.

 

15. Amendments

Supreme Car Hub GmbH reserves the right to update or amend this rental policy at any time. The version in effect at the start of the rental period applies.
